REQUIREMENTS
for publishing of articles in the International scientific-technical journal “MACHINES, TECHNOLOGIES, MATERIALS”

1.Languages: Bulgarian or Russian or English. Priority language: English

2. Form of the articles: In accordance with the graphic and the text reqirements (enclosed). It is desirable that the article be visualized with coloured figures and diagrams.

3. Review: To be made by the members of the International Editors Board. The authors wishing to accelerate the procedure for acceptance of the article for printing can present the article accompanied with the opinion of one of the members of the Editors Board.

4. Fees for publishing:
4.1. For an article of up to 4 pages: 95 EUR.
For members of the Scientific-Technical Union of Mechanical Engineering (including the foreign ones) who have paid membership fee for the current and the previous year: 70 EUR.
The payment of the fee provides for the publishing of the article and the delivery of an “Author’s package” containing the coloured cover of the journal, the title page, the contents and a printout of the article with coloured figures and diagrams with numbered pages.

4.2.Additional payment for:
4.2.1. Printed version of the journal with coloured figures and diagrams: 25 EUR.
4.2.2. CD version of the journal: 10 EUR.
4.2.3. Postage costs for the journal in a CD and/or printed version: 12 EUR.
4.2.4. For a volume exceeding 4 pages: 15 EUR /page.
4.2.5. For forming the article in compliance with the instructions: 5 EUR./page only with text and 7 EUR./page with complex configuration (figures, formulae, tables).
4.2.6. Translation of the article in Russian language or in English language: 15 EUR per page (1100 signs).

5. Payment:
5.1 To be made in advance up to three days after confirmation that the article has been received. In case of refusal of the Editors Board to publish the article or in case the author is not in a position to make corrections as per the instructions in accordance with the remarks for the form of the article, in a three day period the author will receive the sum already paid, reduced with the fee of the reviewer (if such has been paid) and/or other really made costs related to the article.
5.2 Mode of payment:
5.2.1. Bank transfer by ProCredit Bank.

5.2.2. Money transfer by Western Union on the name of the Secretary General Damian Vesselinov Damianov.

Notes:
1. If you transfer by the Contact System or Western Union you have to send us immediately the "code" of the transfer in order we to be able to get the sum.
2. By every payment please let us know your registration number(s) and the incoming number of the paper.

 

6. Wish statement for publication: To be made using the enclosed APPLICATION FORM to be sent in line with the text of the article.
6.1. In case of an article sent by e-mail, JОURNAL MTM should be written for subject. The name of the enclosed file with the application form should contain jоurnal-zajavka and the name of the first author (for example: jоurnal-zajavka-Ivan Ivanov). The name of the enclosed file with the article should contain journal-statia and the name of the first author (for example: jоurnal- statia -Ivan Ivanov)
6.2. In case of an article sent saved on a CD or on a floppy disk, the files have to be named in the way as described in p. 6.1.
