    • May 12, 2009 - Confirmation of the accepted abstracts;
    • July 3, 2009 - Submission of the full text of the papers, in compliance with the requirements;
    • July 3, 2009 – Remitting the participation fee by bank transfer to the account of the NTSM – in ProKredit Bank;
    • July 14, 2009 - Sending of the Conference program;
    • September 2, 2009; 12-14 p.m. - Registration of the participants;
    • September 2, 2009; 14-15 p.m.  Start session;
    • September 2, 2009;15-18 p.m. Sectional sessions, scientific discussions.
    • September 2, 2009; 19 p.m. - Young party to open the conference.
    • September 3, 2009, 09-12 a.m. and 14-17 p.m. - Sectional sessions, scientific discussions.
    • September 4, 2009- Cultural event.
